About the Client
Serrano’s Mexican Grill opened for business in 2008 with the goal of bringing the experience and quality of late-night Mexican cuisine to life in Anchorage, Alaska. Between their already high-quality service and a mouth-watering menu filled with made-from-scratch entrees, Serrano’s is already one of Anchorage’s favorite restaurants.
About the Project
Between successfully running two locations in town, the Owner wanted to showcase the food, location, and atmosphere online through their existing social media channels. Although they had been posting on both Facebook and Instagram since 2013, they weren’t happy with the look, feel, and presence they had. The challenge arose from not having a dedicated person on staff aside from their General Manager that could focus entirely on consistently producing high-quality content.
Serrano’s reached out to Orange Slice Marketing to highlight what made their restaurants stand out and reach more people through social media than they had in the past. In May 2022, our team at Orange Slice stepped in to support their team by producing high-quality content that could consistently be posted throughout the month.
Results
After producing and posting 33 pieces of content over the span of a month for Serrano’s, we were able to:
Grow their Facebook page reach by 94% up to 25,945 from the previous month
Increase traffic to their Facebook page 64.5% to 908 from the previous month
Increase their new page likes by 64.3%
Gain 82 followers on Instagram
Serrano’s Mexican Grill went from infrequently posting last-minute photos that didn’t represent the quality of their business to consistently having high-quality content that matched the look, feel, and presence that they have in their restaurants.
